Established in 2007, Gal Oya Plantations (Pvt) Ltd is a joint venture between the Government of Sri Lanka and a consortium led by Brown & Company PLC and LOLC Holdings PLC.
Our mission was clear: to revive the historic Hingurana Sugar Industries. Today, we manage over 7,500 hectares of land, empowering over 4,400 farming families and employing 1,300+ staff directly. We are not just a business; we are the lifeblood of the Gal Oya Valley.
