STEP 01

Identify Hazards

Proactively inspect and identify operational & environmental hazards across all factory milling units, power plant, and plantation fields.

STEP 02

Assess Risks

Rigorously evaluate likelihood and consequence of potential incidents through engineering hazard assessments and safety matrices.

STEP 03

Control Risks

Implement physical safety barriers, machine interlocks, automated E-stops, and certified personal protective equipment (PPE).

STEP 04

Review Control Measures

Continuously monitor and evaluate safety protocols, sensor telemetry, and control systems to ensure ongoing compliance.

STEP 05

Provide Training

Conduct structured safety induction programs, live fire drills, tool-box talks, and specialized equipment handling training.

STEP 06

Frequent Follow-up

Perform routine supervisor inspections, safety audits, and feedback tracking to maintain an incident-free working environment.
