Gal-Oya Plantations (Pvt) Ltd consists of 7,659 ha of plantation land with approximately 5,200 ha of cultivatable extent allotted amongst 4,400 families. We pay regular attention to their living standards, social activities, and community needs. We actively support religious, cultural, and government institutions to provide better services for everyone.
Health Care & Blood Donation
Our company was awarded as one of the country’s top 100 blood campaign organizers for the year. Additionally, we were recognized as the best blood donation campaign organizer in the Ampara District. We also regularly assist with hospital maintenance, such as repairing facilities at the Damana Divisional Hospital.
Religious Contributions
We actively participate in community religious events and infrastructure. This includes constructing a vehicle garage for Hingurana Uththara Jayamaha Viharaya, completing several rehabilitation works, repairing artwork, and donating supplies to the Degawapiya Temple.
Water Supply & Welfare
We recognize the importance of basic needs in rural areas. Our company regularly provides the basic need of clean water for funerals, weddings, and other significant community gatherings in the surrounding villages.
